Quality Assurance

Blyce takes quality matters very seriously which the approach for Quality is to consistently and repeatably produce process outcomes of a predictable nature that are compliant with the company’s quality standard(s), external (ISO) standard(s), customer agreements, and applicable law(s) and regulation(s).

Part of this process is to continuously evaluate quality results, initiating improvements where and when applicable. Managing, and exceeding, customer expectations from a quality perspective in a scalable manner is a major driver for the company.

From an external standard perspective, Blyce is both ISO 9001 (Quality in general) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) certified for the company and is therefore internationally recognized to be fully compliant with these quality standards.

ISO 9001

Quality is an intrinsic part of our daily activities that touches the core of how we operate. The goal of maintaining an adequate quality approach is to provide repeatable, consistent, and expected output as initially defined and/or agreed upon.
Blyce adheres to defined quality standards, related to both internal and external definitions.
These standards relate to Blyce’s internal standards, international standards, agreements with our customers and suppliers, and applicable governmental laws and regulations. To maintain the foremost international standard for Quality Management, Blyce adheres to the internationally acknowledged ISO 9001 quality standard and is officially certified.
The ISO 9001 standard is an auditable international standard that defines requirements for quality management. The standard has been developed to control business risks through adequate and proportionate quality controls.

ISO 27001

Technology is an intrinsic part of our daily working environment and has changed the way we interact, retain, and protect important information. This makes information security management vital for the efficient conduct of business. To maintain the highest standards of information security, Blyce adheres to the relevant ISO 27001 security standard and is officially certified.

This standard includes several policies and measures to protect information technology assets, such as computer hardware and software, telecommunications equipment, and data held within the IT systems. The ISO 27001 standard is an auditable international standard that defines requirements for the management of information security. The standard has been developed to control business risks through adequate and proportionate security controls.
